Transitional Kitchen & Living Space

Connected to the Client’s Vision

The goal wasn’t just to update the kitchen. It was to bring consistency to the surrounding spaces so the main floor felt more cohesive and reflective of how the homeowner wanted the home to feel.

The existing layout had good bones, but the finishes and details were disconnected. The approach focused on refining those elements across the kitchen, living, and circulation spaces—so everything worked together instead of competing.

In the kitchen, updated cabinetry and a new hood and backsplash introduced contrast and character, while built-ins in the dining area added both function and continuity. New paint and reworked railings helped carry a more consistent, modern direction throughout the main floor.

Each change was made with the full space in mind—not as isolated upgrades.

The result is a home that feels lighter, more cohesive, and better aligned from one space to the next.
