Once your project is fully designed and selections are finalized, we present a fixed investment. Your price is secured and only changes if you choose to modify materials or scope — no unexpected overages.
Payment Timeline
Clear, staged, simple.
A 20% down payment reserves your place in our schedule once your proposal is approved. Progress payments totaling 70% are made through construction, with the final 10% due upon completion.
Time Frame
Weeks, not guesses.
Timeframes reflect the construction phase. Smaller projects typically run 6–10 weeks, mid-sized 10–24 weeks, and larger or complex projects 20–50 weeks. Design happens first, at its own pace.
