Forest Sanctuary Rebuild

This project began under difficult circumstances. The majority of the homeowner’s previous house was lost to a fire — thankfully, the family was safe, but the loss was profound. When it came time to rebuild, they turned to us to help create a new home that would honor their past while offering a fresh start.

Together, we designed a modern residence grounded in warmth and light. The homeowner was drawn to clean, neutral tones, so we introduced subtle touches of brown in the flooring and cabinetry to bring balance and comfort to the sleek, modern palette.

Expansive windows line the back of the home, filling the interior with natural light and views of the surrounding forest. High ceilings enhance the sense of openness and connection to the outdoors.

The result is a home that transforms tragedy into renewal — a serene, light-filled space designed for comfort, resilience, and new beginnings.
